Another rainy Forth of July didn't stop the boys from riding bikes and blowing up army toys with their fireworks. Dayton had to teach me how to light them and assured me it was safe. Daniel was especially excited this year. He asked me every 15 minutes starting at 8 am if he could light his tank. I was worried that the fireworks would be too loud for Emery but she fell asleep in my arms despite the seven screaming kids and artillery rockets going on all around her.
